c) Embark on our extensive national marketing campaign, which in addition to featuring advertisements (see a), we also mail the business to relevant prospective purchasers on our extensive mailing list. This list includes both potential private and corporate purchasers.
d) Include the business/property on our general list of Businesses for Sale, which is usually sent out with every enquiry we receive from prospective purchasers - both private and corporate.
e) To include the business/property in our own Licensed Trade Course display. Our award winning courses are held every month and are attended by hundreds of future publicans annually.
f) To feature the business/property on the Internet - accessed by a worldwide audience. Our website is an extremely user-friendly site and is hugely successful. h) We insist upon the intending purchasers providing us with proof of finance - (providing our assistance if required) prior to instructing solicitors of the transaction. We also obtain a deposit if possible which emphasises the good faith of the purchasers intention to proceed.
i) Finally we keep in touch with the purchaser up to exchange of contracts. We have a company policy of not taking the business off the market until contracts are actually exchanged.

1.Selling the Freehold Entirety as a Going Concern
This will enable you to retire or exit from your business completely- with a substantial capital lump sum to pursue an alternative venture/lifestyle.
2. Creating a New Private Free of Tie Lease
Under this scenario, we will obtain an up-front 'cash' lump sum (premium) for you and advise on the expected quarterly rental return you will receive. 3. Selling the Freehold but Retaining The Business.
