d) Include the business/property on our general list of Businesses for Sale, which is usually sent out with every enquiry we receive from prospective purchasers - both private and corporate.

e) To include the business/property in our own Licensed Trade Course display. Our award winning courses are held every month and are attended by hundreds of future publicans annually.

f) To feature the business/property on the Internet - accessed by a worldwide audience. Our website is an extremely user-friendly site and is hugely successful. g) Following advertising and marketing we contact the vendor when necessary to arrange for interested parties to view the business/property, until we receive an acceptable offer to the vendor.

h) We insist upon the intending purchasers providing us with proof of finance - (providing our assistance if required) prior to instructing solicitors of the transaction. We also obtain a deposit if possible which emphasises the good faith of the purchasers intention to proceed.

i) Finally we keep in touch with the purchaser up to exchange of contracts. We have a company policy of not taking the business off the market until contracts are actually exchanged.
