As most adverts cost upward of £250.00 and are mostly in the paper only once, it relies on candidates buying that paper and constantly being on the look out for a new job as and when it suits them. By utilising our services first, we can find out if any of our candidates are interested in the vacancy and then forward you their CV for your perusal.

You could save yourself money as we only charge if you employ one of the candidates we supply to you!

Please note that unlike other agencies, Exclusive only charges a finders fee of £750.00 per permanent placement (bronze package), whereas many agencies charge a minimum of 15% of the annual salary.

Simply this means, for example, should you recruit someone on £20,000 a year, instead of a £3000 fee you will save yourself £2250

Cost Per Package

• Advertise your vacancy as you would normally and/or, advertise your vacancy for free, on our job website
• Use our email and postal address to direct the job applications straight to us
• We email all our database the job specification and allow them to contact us if it is of interest.
• We then forward the CV of each individual to you for your perusal, should you wish.
• You choose which of the candidates you would like to interview or depending on the package you have chosen we can take all that out of your hands and organise it in house
• You interview the candidates and choose the successful applicant for the role.
• We carry out confidential reference checks on your behalf if required.
• We will write to each applicant on your behalf, where they have been unsuccessful through the sifting stages. We do not write to the candidates from the final interviews which you have held.
• Candidates are requested to bring original identification such as passport, driving licence, birth certificate, address confirmation from their bank, and proof of their National Insurance Number. We will verify that candidates are eligible to work in the UK and the appropriate Home Office notification requested where necessary. We also request to see original qualification certificates. Photocopies of all original documents will be provided to you prior to interview stage.

The Process

Exclusive has candidates who are currently looking for positions. We have a continual flow of new candidates who register their CVs on our database. We update and qualify these candidates on a regular basis, and these are our first port of call when we are searching for candidates for a new position;
