How can I book a course?
You can contact us via email/phone, or better still book online! Once confirmed you will receive an email with confirmation of payment and enrolment details
What if I fail a course?
No need to worry, We will allow you to re-sit the exam but there may be a cost involved (depending on the course failed, and the resources required i.e. tutor for revision sessions etc).
When will I receive my results?
Results are usually available within 10-14 days of course completion.
When will I receive my certificate?
Upon successful completion of the course certificates will be dispatched, usually within 4-6 weeks.
Do I need the certificate to apply for the SIA License?
You do not need your certificate to apply for your license. As long as you have your result you are free to apply to the SIA.
What is the SIA License?
SIA (Security Industry Authority) is a government organisation in place to regulate the private security industry.
It is a government requirement for anyone wanting to work in the private security industry to be licensed.
How do I apply for the SIA License?
Upon satisfactory completion of one of our courses we will help and advise you on the application process. More details can be found on the SIA website
Exclusive Training are an SIA Lead Sponsor and can assist you with your application for a fee of £15.00
Where do you have training venues?
We have training centres nationwide. For group bookings, we can accommodate most locations to suit your requirements.
NVQs (Apprrenticeships) - what are they?
NVQ stands for National Vocational Qualification. It is a 'competence-based' qualification: this means you learn practical, work-related tasks designed to help you develop the skills and knowledge to do a job effectively.
Booking terms & conditions
Payments must be received prior to the course. Once Exclusive has received the booking you are liable for payment. Exclusive reserves the right to cancel the course, for example, due to undersubscription. In such circumstances a full refund of course fees will be made or a transfer to another suitable course will be offered to the delegate. No responsibility is accepted for incidental or consequential loss resulting from such a cancellation.
Cancellations
More than 28 working days before the course, no charge will be made.
14-28 working days before the course, 50% of the fee will be payable.
Less than 14 working days before the course, the whole fee will be payable.
