- Clear English both speaking and written
- Customer Service Skills
- CSCS Card Holder - for building sites
- Valid UK Driving Licence -
- Smart in appearance
- Good personal hygiene
- Good physical health
- Willing to work long hours
- Flexible with shift patterns
- Willing to work evenings/days/nights or weekends
